We offer individual therapy sessions. Connect with your therapist via video or phone to discuss your goals and the challenges and frustrations that are keeping you from reaching them. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to explore possible changes and shifts that can help you get closer to achieving those goals

Therapies Practiced: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
